Wu long tea is a semi-fermented tea. It is midway between green tea and black tea in terms of oxidation. It requires several stages of delicate processing before it is packaged.There are several areas in Taiwan that are ideal for growing tea. We have a selection of high mountain wu long Taiwan tea from Mount Li, Mount Ali, Dong Ding Mountain, and Shan Ling Xi. Because of differences in altitude and soil, each tea area produces a tea unique in flavour and aroma.
